This program shows how to display skin from various types of meshes.
A hexahedron mesh is loaded at start-up. The full mesh skin with edge drawstyle is added to the scene.
Another skin with face drawystyle that can be modified is also to the scene
Press u or d to decrease/increase cell ranges. Press i to move the range along the i-dimension. Press j to move the range along the j-dimension. Press k to move the range along the k-dimension. Press v to toggle vector visibility.
