public class SoMaskedStatisticsQuantification
extends SoImageVizEngine

SoMaskedStatisticsQuantification engine advanced basic statistics of an image within a mask. For an introduction, see section Analysis.

This module gives the same results as the SoIntensityStatisticsQuantification engine but using only pixels/voxels under the mask image.

computeMode

Select the compute Mode (2D or 3D or AUTO) . Default is MODE_AUTO

inImage

public final SoSFImageDataAdapter inImage

The input image. Default value is NULL. Supported types include: grayscale binary label color image.

inMaskImage

public final SoSFImageDataAdapter inMaskImage

The input binary mask image. Default value is NULL. Supported types include: binary color image.

outResult

public final SoImageVizEngineAnalysisOutput<SoMaskedStatisticsQuantification.SbStatisticsDetail> outResult

The output measure result. Default value is NULL.
